WIN A CANIK Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The monthly Canik giveaway is held each calendar month. Entries for the November 2024 competition close on 30th November 2024.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants: Must be citizens or legal residents of South Africa, aged 21 years or older, and legally permitted to purchase and own firearms in South Africa.

2.2 Exclusions: Employees of CANIK, Bosphorus (Pty) Ltd. (Bosrus), their immediate family members, and associated companies are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry Process: Entrants must visit https://www.canikarms.co.za/win-a-canik/, click “Enter Now,” and follow the prompts to complete their entry.

3.2 Additional Entries: Gain additional entries by completing actions like subscribing to our channel, following us on social media, referring friends, and more.

4. Winner Selection and Prize Delivery

4.1 Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified via the contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected.

4.2 Prize Delivery: The Canik prize will be delivered to the winner’s preferred dealer, pending standard SAPS checks and compliance with legal firearm transfer procedures. The winner is responsible for any associated costs after delivery, including licensing, transfer fees, and additional dealer fees such as safekeeping and storage. Bosrus will provide an estimated timeframe for delivery and updates via email.

5. Additional Terms

5.1 Non-Transferability: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5.2 Disqualification: Bosrus reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or are found to be fraudulent.

5.3 Modification and Termination: Bosrus reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
