Terms & Conditions: Superior September Giveaway

1. General Terms 

1.1 Promotion Period: The “Superior September” promotion runs from 9th September 2024 to 30th September 2024. All offers, deals, and entries are valid only during this period.

1.2 Eligibility: Participants must be citizens or legal residents of South Africa and 18 years of age or older. Participants must also be legally permitted to purchase and own firearms in South Africa.

1.3 Exclusions: Employees of CANIK, Bosphurus (Pty) Ltd. (Bosrus), their immediate family members, and associated companies are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

2. Daily Deals

2.1 Availability: Daily deals on CANIK accessories and MeCANIK clothing are available exclusively on our online store. These deals are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Giveaway Entry: Win a TTI Combat Firearm

3.1 Eligible Purchases: To qualify for entry into the giveaway, participants must purchase a CANIK METE Series or Competition Series (including the SFX Rival and Rival-S) firearm from a participating dealer during the promotion period.

3.2 Proof of Purchase: Participants must upload a clear and legible picture or a scanned copy of their purchase invoice when submitting their entry. The invoice must include the date of purchase, the dealer’s details, and the specific CANIK firearm purchased.

3.3 Entry Without QR Code: If the QR code is unavailable at the time of purchase, participants may enter the giveaway directly on our platform https://www.canikarms.co.za/win-a-tti/. Proof of purchase must be ready for upload.

3.4 Survey Completion: All entries must include completed survey questions as part of the entry process. Incomplete entries will not be considered.

3.5 Entry Limit: Each qualifying purchase allows one entry into the giveaway. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying purchase.

3.6 Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be chosen.

3.7 Prize Delivery: The TTI Combat firearm prize will be delivered to the winner’s preferred dealer. Standard background checks and legal procedures will apply before the transfer is completed. The winner is responsible for any associated costs, including licensing and transfer fees. Delivery of the prize is subject to importation processes, which may extend beyond the end of 2024. Bosrus will provide an estimated timeframe upon selection of the winner and will offer monthly updates via email. Acceptance of the prize requires the winner to allow at least one photograph to be published on social media upon collection of the prize.

4. Additional Terms

4.1 Non-Transferability: The giveaway prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

4.2 Disqualification: Bosrus reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.

4.3 Modification and Termination: Bosrus reserves the right to modify or terminate the “Superior September” promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Data Collection: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their data to administer the giveaway as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Marketing Consent: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Bosrus. Participants may opt out at any time.

6. Legal Considerations

6.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

6.2 Liability: Bosrus is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
