Refund and Returns Policy
- Firearms are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties and the returns policy of the Participating Store.
- All listings of merchandise (clothing and accessories but excluding firearms) are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, completeness, or non-infringement, as may be allowed in law.
- Bosrus does not accept the return of merchandise other than same delivered in error or in respect of items which do not correspond with the item/s depicted on the website.
- Such items may be returned to Bosrus at its expense and for credit/refund (as provided for below) within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the order by you, the purchaser.
- If clause 4 applies a credit/refund will only be granted if all goods returned–
- are in the same condition as when originally delivered,
- are returned in their original packaging, and,
- have not been in whole or in part or worn.
- “Change-of-heart” returns will not be accepted.
